Recently phenomena of juvenile deliquency has been broader. Even it has happened since inthe past. The expert of psychologist always studied it and never ending. Juvenile deliquency is complicated problem happen in many cities in Indonesia. As the modernitation and technologi have developed, so the connection among. Big cities and countries has been easier and quicker. The technology field has been more sophisticatedmakes easier to know many kind of information trough mass media bring negative effect in all of level community.
Juvenile Deliquency usually is done by teenanger who fail in passing of mentally development’s process, even in teenanger age or in the kid age. As psychologist term, juvenile deliquency is the form of conflicts never solved well by the person. Often we find the dark shadow in the past, the bad conduct and the bad treatment of their neighbour hood adn also economy condition make worse.
Solving juvenile deliquency it means manage back of the emotion of teenanger which broken. Their emotion and feeling are broken because they feel refused by family, parents, friend, or neighbour hoodsince in the kid, and the fail of the mantelly teenanger development process it self. And dark shadows be finished and they have to give the new neighbour hood which differents with before.
The question is : whose duty is it ? parents ? we knowparents have been dizzy to think job and their life charge. Relatives ? they have their owen probelm, even maybe they have the same pribelm also. Juvenile deliquency, is this the guitty of the teenanger or the parents? Because there are many parents can’t do their role as the parents should be. They provide material and fasilities for their children only without thinkingof the spiritual needs of the children. The parents often insist many thing also but forget to give the good example for the children.
Actually we forget something when talking about juvenile deliquency, namely causality law. Because from the juvenile deliquency always form external factor of neighbour vhood it self, that is parents. We always juged thats this case happens because of the bad neighbour hood of social intercourse, like the effect of unright friend, the effect mass media, till the lack of belief of someone.
When we talk about belief wa always talk about value and usually forget something, that is the influence of parents. The education of parents which false can be the main social psychologist factor which grow up the juvenile deliquency. Pacticularly if the negative case is faced the parents of teenanger, such as divorse dishonest or having another man or woman and also deviding of property. It makes the parents do some thing bad which they are not aware that it is imitated by their children. This way parents shold be aware that the juvenile deliquency case is not because of their children only but also them.

1. Parents forbid their children to speak harshly, but parents also speak harshly to their children.
